Verdict $1,132,336

Plaintiff Gary Baca was rear ended by defendant Castro.  Defense claimed this was a light impact accident that could not have led to plaintiff’s shoulder injury and lower back injury.  Defendant alleged Mr. Baca’s injuries were all pre-existing and due to his weight and normal wear and tear as a truck driver. On July 14, 2016 in Superior Court a Riverside jury awarded Mr. Baca full damages for his past and future medical expenses and loss of earnings. The attorneys on this trial were Robert T.
