Verdict $616,140

After a jury trial, on May 14, 2014, Thomas Feher and Greyson Goody of The Simon Law Group, LLP, obtained a jury verdict of $616,140.36 on behalf of an elderly Hispanic, Mr. Balderas. Mr. Balderas had tripped and fell over an end cap at a Target store. Defendant denied liability for the accident, and denied Mr. Balderas’ soft tissue injuries were related to the accident – arguing they were all degenerative changes. The jury awarded 100% liability on Target, and fully compensated Mr. Balderas for his injuries and general damages.
