Farnaz was born in Tehran, Iran, and grew up in Orange County. When she was six-years-old, she watched a lawyer argue before a judge on TV, and knew that was what she wanted to do when she grew up. Since her only options were to be a doctor, a lawyer, or an engineer, her parents were understandably thrilled.
Farnaz attended the University of Southern California, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with magna cum laude honors in 2016. She then attended the University of California, Irvine, where she received her Juris Doctor with magna cum laude honors in 2019.
During law school, Farnaz clerked at a plaintiffs’ personal injury firm, and fell in love with the challenging but deeply fulfilling work of advocating for injured victims. She continued to exclusively represent plaintiffs as an attorney, with her practice focusing on complex cases, including governmental claims, product liability claims involving Class II and Class III medical devices, wrongful death claims, and insurance bad faith.
She has received recognition in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in 2023 and 2024, and was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2024. She also serves as a board member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.
In her free time, she loves to travel, hike, and read.
