On April 27, 2011, Ms. Deaton was rear ended while at the intersection of Katella and Batavia in Orange, CA. Defendants disputed the nature and extent of the plaintiff’s damages, which were primarily an upper back and neck injury that eventually resulted in a single level cervical fusion surgery.
