Plaintiff was within his vehicle when a truck owned by the defendant made an improper turn into his lane causing moderate property damage.  Plaintiff suffered a spine injury requiring a fusion surgery.  Defendants disputed liability for this accident, blaming plaintiff, and stated his damages were unrelated to the car accident. On June 8, 2016 in Riverside, CA a jury in Federal Court gave full compensation to plaintiff and his family.  The attorneys on this trial were Robert T. Simon and Brad M. Simon.
