Plaintiff Lopez injured his lower back and knee when he was rear-ended by a semi-trailer, resulting in a one level lumbar fusion surgery and arthroscopic knee surgery. Plaintiff was unable to return to his previous occupation as a kitchen cabinet installer. The parties agreed to resolve the matter prior to trial for $2.75M.
