Robert T. Simon, Thomas S. Feher, Greyson M. Goody and Sevy Fisher of The Simon Law Group, LLP sought justice for plaintiff, who was sexually assaulted when she was a minor. Plaintiff proved at trial that the sexual predator was able to perform these acts due to the negligent supervision of his employer, U.S. Metro Group, Inc. On March 20, 2015, a Los Angeles jury returned a unanimous verdict for plaintiff on all counts, with total damages in the amount of $2,650,000.00. This was a hard fought trial where the molester’s company denied any fault whatsoever.
