Esther Zaidman slipped and fell on a wet floor within the classroom she was teaching. She alleged the janitorial service did not notify her it would be cleaning the floor. She had traumatic injuries to her entire right side, as she suffers from brittle bone disease. Defendant denied any wrongdoing, and placed blame on the plaintiff. A San Diego jury awarded full compensation and no comparative fault on Ms. Zaidman.
