Shelby Kail

Shelby Kail was born and raised in northern New Jersey, and received her bachelor’s degree from Penn State – University Park.  After too many long, cold winters, Shelby decided to move to sunny Los Angeles to attend Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu (who could pass up that view?).

During law school, Shelby was a Literary Citation Editor for Volume 44 of the Pepperdine Law Review where the Comment she wrote was also published.  Shelby graduated cum laude from Pepperdine Law in 2017 and immediately began her career with the Simon Law Group.

Shelby was drawn to the Simon Law Group because of the welcoming work environment and the team’s eagerness to fight for clients.  Shelby’s strong research and writing skills and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the Justice Team.

In her free time, Shelby enjoys cooking/baking new recipes, being with her friends and family, and snuggling with her two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Libby and Leo.  Despite not being a fan of any Pittsburgh sports teams, Shelby’s enthusiasm and work ethic make her a perfect addition to the Simon Law Group family.
