Travis heads the Simon Law Group’s Law and Motion Department, insurance bad faith litigation, and post-trial compliance. He hails from the Sonoran Desert, and recently moved back to run the firm’s Arizona office. He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Arizona State University. After college, he moved to California to pursue his dreams of becoming an attorney. San Diego was on his radar, and so he settled there with his wife and attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Travis thrived in law school, running the Thomas Jefferson Law Review alongside fellow attorney Greyson Goody, and graduating in the top five percent of his class.
Before joining The Simon Law Group, Travis had the wonderful opportunity of working for a small firm in San Diego, where he learned to handle all aspects of civil litigation. His exceptional research and writing skills fit right in with the Simon Law Group’s commitment to having the best Justice Team for their clients.
Travis is an active member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA), Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the Arizona Association for Justice (AZAJ). In 2023, Travis was nominated as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. He is admitted to practice in California and Arizona.
In his free time, Travis can be found at any record store in the Tucson area, searching for rare pressings of metal, hardcore, and country albums. Among his many goals, he plans to visit every National Park in the USA. His loves in life are his wife, Jenelle, and his sons, August and Maxwell.
