Eric is Of Counsel with the Simon Law Group.
Eric is the principal attorney at the Bell Firm, PC where his primary practice is catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, premises liability and employment litigation. Eric started his career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Manuel L. Real of the Central District of California. Prior to starting his own firm, Eric was a trial lawyer at a prominent plaintiff firm where he represented hundreds of victims of the California wildfires, recovering millions of dollars on their behalf. Having obtained several seven-figure verdicts on behalf of his clients, Eric has become the go-to trial lawyer for victims who have suffered traumatic brain injuries.
Eric earned his law degree from Loyola Law School, where he was a member of the nationally ranked Byrne Trial Advocacy Team. As a member of the team, Eric won two regional competitions, was a finalist at two national competitions, and won the Best Overall Advocate Award at the Tournament of Champions – a competition which brings together the top 16 ranked teams in the country.
Eric is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Consumer Attorneys of California. He is admitted to the California State Bar, United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
