Jason Sanchez

Jason’s desire to be a lawyer was always there, just bubbling under the surface. The one thing that kept him from making the decision to go to law school was that he never really enjoyed school. After college, he simply couldn’t bear the idea of another three years in law school. Then, in 2005, after spending two years working as the media relations director for a nationally recognized plaintiff’s insurance bad faith firm and the birth of his son, he decided life was only going to get busier. If he was ever going to become a lawyer, now was the time. While Jason worked full time at the law firm and went to law school part time at night, his better half raised their young family. After graduating law school and passing the bar exam, Jason was hired as a lawyer and never looked back.

In practice, Jason has developed a passion for trying personal injury and wrongful death cases. One of his most memorable moments was a two-plaintiff case he tried with Robert Simon in January 2018 with only one week’s notice. The case resulted in seven-figure verdicts on behalf of each client, and the following year, Jason received the Consumer Attorneys of Inland Empire’s Street Fighter of the Year Award.

Jason is an active member of Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA), and since 2012, has been a member of the Board of Governors for Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC). He is also very involved with Consumer Attorneys of the Inland Empire (CAOIE), where he is a member of the organization’s Palm Springs Seminar Education Committee, the Board of Governors, and was the organization’s president from 2015-2018.

Outside of the office, Jason enjoys shuttling his teenaged kids back and forth between their water polo and volleyball practices and games. He also loves road trips—traveling around the western United States in the family’s travel trailer with his lovely wife, kids, along with the family dog and duck.
